That's what butter is for π€€. This is 4 mashed bananas and a cup of sourdough starter discard, it's a very moist bread...at least when I do the big loaf. I suspect these will be a bit drier because smol π€·ββοΈ
My Granny used to add some zucchini to banana bread. Chocolate cake too. It was almost like a pudding it was so moist & delicious ππ€€π
I make an amazing zucchini fritter. I prep the zuch a day in advance in the fridge to get the moisture out and itβs a fucking mess to make but oh man is it good. You all need to come over for dinner!
