Yo #[0] how would I use Alby to log into Nostrgram?
I apparently lost my key and need to log back in but when trying to use an extension it says “No NIP07 extension detected”
Any recommendations?

He has his own domain, we should use it for NIP05 instead

NIP05 is how you connect a domain name to your npub.
If you use guy@guyswann.com as your NIP05 you are proving that the owner of that domain attested to that public key.
I've experienced this also Guy. I just plugged my nsec into Alby and then re-launched nostrgram and approved the connection. It's a bit flaky and slow for me but it is working.
If you just installed Alby you have to refresh the page or NostrGram won't see it.
You have to set your Nostr keys or generate new ones in the extensions setting first.
