I knew the quote from his books I guess, but actually experiencing it yourself and going through the pain period after decades of employment is where 95% of the crowd fail. The first 1 or 2 years are the hardest as your psychology acts like a Junkee, freaks out as it is desperately waiting for the monthly pay check shot that never comes.
