yea basically goes like this (I think).

1) open browser, open nostrudel

2) nostrudel attempt to auth, triggering the unlock prompt from Alby

3) I unlock alby, but then nostrudel doesn't attempt a re-auth until I open the task manager and manually check the auth next to the previously failed relays

4) once I manually re-auth, I see my feed update

So if I unlock Alby, but then forget to manually trigger a re-auth, my feed is stale or partially stale I guess.
