fun fact: 金宣 (jinxuan) is tea variety developed in the 1980s in Taiwan, it was developed by the tea research institute to increase yields by having the plant grow faster sharing characteristics of tea plants grown at higher altitudes. it is among the first of the institute's creation
going along with the mother's day theme, it's namesake belongs to the creator's (who was the first director of the institute) grandmother, theres also another one 翠玉 named after his mother
翠玉 also sounds like a perfect name for a tea 🌱
