GM #nostr ! Proof of #steakstr and 04’ Seavey Merlot, Napa Valley. Served with Maitake mushrooms and garlic. Merlot with age IMHO is probably one of the most underrated grapes here in the states. What are your thoughts on California, Italian or French Merlot?
