At the end he talks about the Ring of fire. The biggest one was in 2021 with 65 lightning nodes coordinating and connecting to each other forming a circle. The result is that everyone just has to open 1 channel with another node, and you end up with 2 balanced channels after a balancing transaction around the ring has been done (lighting the ring on fire).
