This is a misrepresentation. Pieces of content from those podcasts that are sold to various outlets via licensing agreements had been licensed to an agency that turned out to be a Russian actor.

No original content was made for this Russian state asset. They just bought the license to whatever was already available and likely tried to amplify it.
