**NostrPlebs.com Support Tickets**

Over the past month, Nostr Plebs has fielded well *over one hundred support requests* from either my Twitter DMs, Nostr DMs, or our live support chat on our website. The majority of tickets that we have gotten can fall into 4 categories.

1. The user lost their password and needs it reset.

2. The user is having problems with their ID showing in our directory.

3. The user changed their public key.

4. TYPOS! (Public keys, IDs registered, NIP-05 IDs enter into clients, etc.)

If I had to add a 5th item to the list, I would file it under general usage of nostr itself. So, keep making guides, folks. These are your more tech savvy users that are here now. When the masses come, they'll need your guides the most.

You aren't the only typo ticket :) There's been several. I just figured one out a few minutes ago. He has a SPACE before his ID.

To be honest, we could add maybe two experienced plebs to help with support tickets if anyone was really interested in helping. The amount of tickets has slowed down as you can see from the graph, but the next large wave will most likely swamp us again.

That said, the whole community has been very generous in helping. I see plebs helping plebs all of the time in my feed.
