Fedimint is gonna be the solution. That'll be always online and then you can sweep to your self custodial wallet when you come online
I guess the biggest challenge is that your wallet needs to be online to receive zaps. Not sure what nostr:npub1t0nyg64g5vwprva52wlcmt7fkdr07v5dr7s35raq9g0xgc0k4xcsedjgqv and nostr:npub1u8lnhlw5usp3t9vmpz60ejpyt649z33hu82wc2hpv6m5xdqmuxhs46turz are working on to fix this. Seems like a tricky problem.

I suppose it's not a huge problem if you zap wallet is online, just don't keep too much in at a time and transfer out when needed.
