So, are you arguing that online network activities are not subject to the jurisdictional laws on which they take place?

i’m saying internet is one jurisdiction

one world = one internet

one jurisdiction

Who enforces laws? Who resolves disputes? Without a clear authority, you’d risk power vacuums, where unaccountable entities (corporations, rogue groups, or even the proposed AI agency itself) could dominate over others. Relying on nation-state authorities over digital networks solves all these issues.

And you can physically leave the one you don't like.

NO, it has to be beyond Nation-States

Its not a good idea. There's no accountability beyond nation states and incentives can't be properly aligned outside of monetary/economic systems like Bitcoin.

So, unless your going to use another alt-coin what you want to do will go off the rails very quickly.

ALL IN BITCOIN

i see CIA as an int’l system to secure / protect our rights ( worldwide )

to enforce law ( like interpol but effective )
