Who enforces laws? Who resolves disputes? Without a clear authority, youโ€™d risk power vacuums, where unaccountable entities (corporations, rogue groups, or even the proposed AI agency itself) could dominate over others. Relying on nation-state authorities over digital networks solves all these issues.

And you can physically leave the one you don't like.

NO, it has to be beyond Nation-States

Its not a good idea. There's no accountability beyond nation states and incentives can't be properly aligned outside of monetary/economic systems like Bitcoin.

So, unless your going to use another alt-coin what you want to do will go off the rails very quickly.
