Generally speaking potheads are the most un productive members of society. You perhaps can maintain a high level in society smoking weed but if you are already low tier your chances of doing anything successful approaches zero exponentially with every time you smoke weed.

I've known more people digraced and ruined by alcohol than weed. Also, at least with weed, they mostly on ruin themselves.

I will maintain the two glass of wine a day drinker is gonna be way more productive than the two joint a day smoker. Both will likely be pretty fat.

I'm not sure there is such thing as a healthy alcohol. I would actually consider a strong whiskey to be a little healthier due to lower carbs. If drank in small amounts.

CBD is kinda a new category I'm not real comfortable drawing any conclusions from. It's usually pretty different chemically than just the flower.
