it's probably a little long, but we've aged ours Pinot Noir that long and it was amazing
So you would recommend Pinot Noir to do this ?
Which type of wine cellar do you recommend ?
you'd probably be totally fine if you have good storage. all I can say is that I've done it with the Pinot and it was amazing and I haven't done it with any of the other varieties of mine so idk.
