They are scared of chargebacks, but 20 days is ridiculous. You can still do chargebacks up to 90 days. Doesn’t make any sense. Stop using them

ACH holding periods. Most clients don’t see more than 5 days. ACH is a very reversible payment rail unfortunately. It’s all risk based. Long term clients have very short holding periods

The hold was long, but the withdrawal has been completed without issue. I was just overly anxious bc it was a large amount of bitcoin during the weekend that David Bailey was sounding the alarm about β€œanother bitcoin company is about to go bankrupt.”

I know river has its own custody solution, but I was still worried.

None the less, despite the hold, everything went fine with the withdrawal.
