Great way to get some healthy fat and protein. Cooked in beef tallow to boot.

Bone broth. Eggs. More eggs. A few more eggs.

Can’t argue with that menu.

This has been my game for living for a few years now.

Doesn’t it feel great? I try for the most part, and then I try again. And then I keep trying.

Well I definitely feel better than I used to. And I’ve lost 30lbs and kept it off.
