Sounds like a relay. You can setup your own relay for backup.
Haha. Yes i tought that too, but then the relay needs to sync with other relays or i whould need to get users on my relay ect ect

You could use https://github.com/hoytech/strfry with the stream functionality to accomplish this. You don’t even need to run a relay at the same time!
