UK judges even considering they have authority to adjudge/compel open source software developers ( who show all their code openly & which can then be freely copied improved/built on and redistributed), residing in foreign countries, to be answerable to UK courts for software issued freely, without any implied warranty under the MIT open licence, makes me feel sick to the stomach and quite annoyed!
