Who has the seed phrases to El Salvador’s bitcoin? What happens if he doesn’t win in another election, does he stay with the bitcoin? Or what? The treasury is the one in charge?

Afaik, the bitcoin is in custody... Also it's in custody with a US company. This is what I've heard, but if true, it's super scary.
