I would guess it’s in treasury addresses. Still, if some communist wins power they may decide the coins are better off anywhere but there.
important questions. we've never been here before, though. maybe it's not the best opsec for a nation state to publicize their key management at the moment.

Afaik, the bitcoin is in custody... Also it's in custody with a US company. This is what I've heard, but if true, it's super scary.
My understanding is that it is custodied with River.
I know a small group working with btc and need safeguards. They use a 6 signature multisig wallet. Can’t imagine a government doesn’t organise a complex structure with built in safeguards…… oh hang on, did I say government?
I suspect their corn is at River, Coinbase, or Bitfinex
