Finally managed some sleep last night. 6 hrs since sunday just isnt enough πŸ˜ͺ damn insomnia πŸ˜‘

But im feeling rested and raring to go this morning.

Last full day at the fiat mine for this week. Half day tomorrow and friday off. Can't wait, demob happy as we say in these parts.

I need to do more of that. Maybe turn the tv off an hour before bed and read a chapter of a book.

I started to look into red light therapy but its a minefield of BS claims.. 🀷

Red light is legit been using it for years. You don't need to buy expensive products I would bet the LEDs are all made in few factories in China. Working amazing for muscle pain, healing etc

Try getting some Rhodiola Rosea tablets (5greens off Ebay is v.good) for lack of sleep to wake you up. Then for when you go to sleep oat straw, valerian will help you drift off.

I don’t know much about red light therapy but I bought some blue light blocking lenses, I’m going to try just watching TV with them on before bed as that is what my wife likes to do to decompress. I’m also trying to get out of bed when I can’t sleep and do something in the dark until 6am, then get Sun or lights on + screen. It worked for me a bit in the past. 6 hours is tough. Hope things improve.

Luckily i dont usually have trouble sleeping. But when i dont i dont.. πŸ˜ͺ😴

Swapping from starting at the fiat mine at 6am one week to finishing at 10pm the next dosen't help..
