I don't think most of the meat that is available today (or in 1985) is healthy or ethical. Maybe if I had been brought up on meat that had been hunted or animals that lived in pastures and not factory farms I'd feel differently. I remember thinking that most meat was unhealthy and so I decided to stop eating it. The last meat I ate was a lamb dinner on Easter Sunday 1985. I do eat dairy and eggs but I am picky about them and where they come from.

That looks exactly like what I eat. I even buy whole flaxseeds and grind them in my kitchen blender. I also make kefir which is loaded with probiotics.
