clip from my stream today where I tested a subscription in a local instance of [Gyges]. Work in progress but hopefully once people get past my autism they'll see what I've been working on.

oh a catboy i see?

The question is beyond seeing that you're subscribed and being able to track your own subscription, what do? Can we have time based whitelists authenticated by npubs for access to things like groupchats? Nostr authenticated paywall content? Imagine some livestreams through nostr but only subscribers could view it haha or posts would be easy too, polling sub's on what videos they want to see that kind of thing

I should clarify for anyone that lacks the context. The transaction goes straight from sender to receiver. Receivers details that enable invoice generation are primary address and view key, no spend key. The view only wallet details are encrypted in nostr account. You can change these details at anytime. When using [Gyges] you are authorising the use of those details, they are not stored on server, [Gyges] reads it in your profile after you grant permission. It pings public nodes to check payments from moment of invoice creation, in this example nostr:nprofile1qqs936kc97s4k4gqjnmltljgqns0uadh08d77t5mypg3anxkneks37gpzamhxue69uhkv6tvw3jhytnwdaehgu3wwa5kuegpz4mhxue69uhkummnw3ezumtfd3hh2tnvdakqx3v2gk 's node but a self hosted [Gyges] you could point it toward your own and of course make a fresh wallet just for [Gyges] blablabla

what a beautiful stream setup... so much sovl... the monero tipping site too, well done

Is there a code repo for this? Gyges looks like it has a lot of potential keep going!

I mean its on my computer but I guess you mean hosted by a third party somewhere? Then no. I don't think its ready for that yet I feel a little self conscious/paranoid about doing that until its at a state I am content with. Once I'm at that point people can feel free to fork the crap and improve and innovate upon it. The current NIP-XMR (still in development and likely to endure changes) is up. Im rambly when I explain things so I just got robot to make it sound more succinct.
