Keys is definitely way up the totem pole along with Mao and Stalin! He makes Barnays look like an amateur for sure but they were definitely all extremely wicked men who in some circles are still celebrated as geniuses, ironically.
That’s exactly my think. Mao and Stalin’s killings stopped with their deaths, but not Keys’s killings.
