Although it is very Alzheimer's specific in its title "The Alzheimer's Solution" by Dean Sherzai and Ayesha Sherzai has a lot of good actionable things for longevity in general as well. None of these books get into the physical exercise program building though. They just state overall targets for amount per week of various categories of exercise.

Ironically I have Kelly's "Becoming a Supple Leopard" book on my bookshelf for many years and never did more than flip through it. It looks like this may be a more approachable version of that based on my initial glances. Thanks for bringing it to my attention!
