Hey nostr, its been a busy day here, and i got alot done. I went ahead a moved the new chicks in with the other chicks that are a about 3 wks older, i think. I want them to get used to each other sooner than later.

We also had to have our roof looked at today, because we have a leak on the front porch. Its a metal roof, and the guy said there are multiple screws that need to be tightened or replaced, so we'll need to get that done. Its always something.

Also, i'm trying to make a sourdough bread loaf. We dont eat much bread, but occasionally we'll want a couple slices. A friend gave me a sourdough starter, so i'm giving it a try. Its sitting in a bowl, and tomorrow i'll finish making it. I tried some of hers, and it was so good. My plan is to slice it, then freeze it so we can use a slice or two at a time.
