Lt. Col. Michael Aquino was in charge of the US Armyβs psyop division, the Phoenix Program, and was implicated in multiple child molestation cases throughout the country. It is estimated that Aquino allegedly was involved in the sexual abuse of over 200 children. Aquino also spent most of his adult life forming a Satanist church called the βTemple of Setβ, a version of Satanism that broke away from Anton LaVeyβs Church of Satan.
