I just researched this for a family member with seasonal depression. I haven’t tried one yet because of where I live, but I’m ordering her one that was well rated for Christmas 🤷‍♀️

Check out chicken lamps. Much better mimic of sunlight than the LED lights

Yes.

Look for incandescent ones.

I don’t trust led, fluorescent lights marketed for SADs.

Maybe the daylight gents know more as they are in the business of natural light.

I should just move to somewhere with more sun. Really looking into El Salvador.. but interim I’m curious to implement these at my place

Your local library might have a SAD light that you can test drive. Ours does.
