It's hard for a lot of people to find hope lately. I'll try to use less words. My apologies. 😊
Words are fine, they just need to make sense.
So you’re saying when folk music is popular and good people are finding hope in the music?
They are at least finding common sorrow through music, maybe hope... I was presented with "folk music gets popular when a large portion of society is struggling". I had to think it through but it seems to check out. Arlo Guthrie & Woodie Guthrie would have never been popular if their music didn't resonate with the masses at the time.
