His motivation.
He was a person I listened to quite a bit years ago. Full on Bitcoin Maxi. Energy arguments better than most & many still used today.
Then he went completely porn star look, shitcoining freak.
Ok, so maybe it’s about money. But why? How much? Was he rekt playing in BTC?

Bitcoin is anti fragile. Meaning it gets stronger when you attack it. If you’re really bullish on Bitcoin, there’s an argument to be made for attacking it yourself, in order to make it stronger.
I don’t follow any drama and I’m completely talking out of my ass, but I don’t mind seeing people like them do weird things. It makes the entire space better as a result.
Ok. I get your point. I don’t necessarily agree with it but understand. You can question BTC & argue why it may fail as a thought experiment, which we’ve all done & should continue to do.
But UDI & Nick are shitcoining. They went from BTC to full on shitcoining. That’s harmful for their health & any dipshit that listens to them.
That’s abnormal behavior. UDI & Nick were never ever mentioned in the same discussion. Now they are, that’s a fall off a cliff for Nick.
It appears like Nic is a successful vulture capitalist who successfully outperforms bitcoin.
He went from altruist to vulture.
And he changed his appearance & communication style.
There’s a reason for that. There’s something there. Not sure what, but something not good. I would bet quite a few SATS that there’s a compromising story with pics in someone’s possession.
Another very hot take: If you want to get the maximum amount Bitcoin for yourself, it would make a lot of sense to try and get everyone else to buy shitcoins.
Actively shitting on Bitcoin while scamming with alts is incredibly immoral, but it does make some logical sense if your motivation is 100% greed.
That’s very true 🤣 again, I don’t follow either of them so I have no idea what’s really going on. I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt though.
I think his career as a writer/blogger/speaker didn’t pay the bills. I think he had to switch to venture capital via shitcoins to make the lifestyle he wanted to live. When people started calling him out for shitcoining, he started separating from the community and claiming he wasn’t a bitcoin maxi.
His parents are extremely well off. If I remember correctly his father is with the world bank or something. Big time banker guy.
Yeah. I know all that and it just doesn’t add up for me. It’s a bizarre story. An extreme & public fall from grace.
Extreme greed to have more Bitcoin. That’s why the community beat him up so badly. We know, he knows, what up. Now he’s willing to scam to get money.
His image wasn’t making him any money being honest. Destroying it got him a lot of money and some heavy followers.
