Idea: Nostr-based comments WordPress plugin.

Nostr micro-client built into the comment section for WordPress or other blogging site. Your follows come up first in the comments, but the comments and npubs can be moderated by the site owner when viewed via their site.

I'd love to get that going!

Not just wordpress, but everywhere. This can be an embedable system you just drop an iframe/script into on any website, similar to how discourse used to work (assuming it still works that way too). I think nostr:npub1l2vyh47mk2p0qlsku7hg0vn29faehy9hy34ygaclpn66ukqp3afqutajft was working on a website live chat too.

something like satcom and zapthreads, maybe more the second

Yes, there are two components, however. There's the microclient that can go in a while bunch of places, and there's the WordPress integration to allow for moderation and easy embedding and theming/stylization, which will be mostly WordPress-speecific.

I don't think it has to be. I've had an idea that simply offers a management system that builds you a legacy web-application, embedable, but actual comments/notes happen over the network. Allow's you to add custom CSS and so on tailored to your application!
