18:6 for a month with once a week 20-21 hour. Start at 5:30 to 6:30 and then eat when time is up

I didn't eat particularly well

Idk if I’ll do 18:6 to start. But I can work up to that and maybe throw in a 20-24 hour in there occasionally.

Yeh, 16/8 may work great for you... bodies are not the same has been a learning for me
