With freedom comes down sides.
Right now, any platform or protocol that is free enough to allow Christian content is pro much guaranteed to have porn or worse on it.
I would suggest that Christians need to stop being afraid of other people's sin and go forth and claim new territory for God.
We're not afraid of other people's sins, after all, we are all sinners. What we do is to avoid occasions of sin, including exposing our fellow christians to it.

Sure. But there aren't any current solutions to the issues brought up here without the being a risk to some. For those, it would be best to avoid. For others, it's not an issue.
