#Amethyst supports several event kinds that most other clients do not
there still no indication which of my two names is the one I signed up to use for mentions… I’m ok if a client choose not to respect it… but some use “your name” and others use “display name”. If a third tag “mention name” that wasn’t user definable but the client could rewrite the one they use from their profile editor, then other clients would have the freedom to honor that intention. Because client b has no clue where you signed up, they don’t have the freedom to honor the users intention.
Only Damus “feels” like Twitter. Nostur has cool features though like seeing others’ feeds.
Joining communities in amethyst or satellite won't show up in the other.
I went from using amythest to snort and after getting nsec loaded in snort, none of my follows show up, and none of my posts show up. Every notification is there, but nothing else. Only a handful of the people I follow appear in snort.
I wish fountain or breez were nostr integrated
Also, several PWAs, like flare don't integrate with Amber.
