Incandescents are no more natural than a diode (LED). Are much more inefficient, get stupid hot and have much less in the way of light colour variety and dimming capacities. LED can imitate an incandescent in all but operation.

Light emited from heat has more red light and suppress melatonin less. Led light also pulsates and it can't be good.

Both are not the same at all.

The fact that it is more efficient simply mean it is easier light. I prefer hard light.
