I've heard of something else called Kiwi Browser which you can supposedly throw extensions into.. Have not tried though so I can't vouch for it sadly. Will try on my fresh Graphene hopefully tonight!

By all clients do you mean nostr-login capable sites? From memory I think Spring uses some kind of awesome nip-07 login in the background.
REALLY deserves a iOS build or even a desktop client I think. Absolutely incredible experience I feel when trying to show someone why Nostr will be everything in 4.2 years 😄
