2 days? I did 4 days hard dry fasting, no food, no water, no contact with water.

the way i drink water theres no way i could go longer than 36 hrs without being lathargic

It is challenging, for sure, but supposed to be 3 times as effective as fasting on water. I wouldn’t recommend doing more than 3 days either, not even that long if you have extreme low body fat.
