Only thing is that, afaik, the wallets mentioned by OP (WoS or Phoenix) don't support Bolt12... yet.

Dang, yes, missed that part. My understanding is that Bolt12 is necessary to prove the payment happened, so yeah, OP is out of luck on those wallets.
One possible combination is to use Braiins Pool and Wallet of Satoshi, as both support Lightning Addresses.
