Luckily it’s her bedtime soon β„’ πŸ˜‚

Ah. So it'll be a couple hours before sleep. Nice.

Sooner than that. But she cries a lot right before sleep 😬

7yr olds too because their sheet isn't fluffed enough

It never stops?! 😬

It just slows lol

4yo hasnt cried to sleep for years. You’re telling me he’s preparing a sneak attack ?! πŸ˜‚

Just when he realizes if he cries he get 10 more min of dad/mom and not sleep

Ah gotcha. His version of that was asking lots of questions right before bed

Good luck

Bedtime is in 5mins. It takes her roughly 15-20mins to fall asleep. Lots of crying soon β„’ 😬

Hold strong

Thanks Cuban

So stoked for this.

It’s great. And you get used to the panic crying, kinda πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I’m used to all of it greatfully. πŸ’œ

I should have wrote β€œI” instead of β€œyou” #typostr πŸ˜‚πŸ«‚

Thanks Lois. She’s sound asleep now

She sounds like so much fun.

If you want to hack her prakruti, give her some warm rose petal or Tulsi milk to drink an hour before bed. It will calm her mind and induce sleep. πŸ’€

What’s a prakruti?

A Sanskrit word that means energetic DNA. It's used in Ayurveda. We all are made of energy (atoms are vibrations of energy).... Ayurveda uses elements as metaphors to describe the energies --- ether, air, fire, water, earth.

When kids are crying, it could mean excess fire energy and/or excess wind energy.... So to balance that energy, bring in opposite qualities (something grounding and cooling).

Warm milk is grounding. Rose and Tulsi are cooling to the nervous system)....

There's a million other ways to shift your daughter's energy...food, gentle foot massage, soft music....set the vibe to get her energy cool and calm.

Works with all relationships (obviously don't give a foot massage to your boss) πŸ˜‚

Thanks for the explanation Lois!

Now I have the mental image of giving a #footstr massage to my boss πŸ˜‚πŸ«‚
