Is Primal on iOS broken? Follows not showing as followed and no feed. Trending works, though.

Ah sorry, not for me. My buddy has iOS and can't get Primal working. I think we'll try Nostur instead.
He was able to post a note, but couldn't load his profile. Oh ok got it. When I look at his profile in Damus it doesn’t show any relays configured on his profile. Some clients look for those. That’s probably why he’s having issues. Nostur will work because it has default relays that the app uses. Nostur also has an option in the settings to “announce relays” for your profile which would make them show up in other clients that need them.
Weird, there were a bunch showing in the app. He's going to try Nostur later and hopefully that fixes it.
