I am currently reading a lot about the topic of longevity. It is becoming increasingly clear to me that many factors interact when it comes to a good and long life.

Nutrition, exercise/sport, psyche and sleep are just a few factors. Everything plays together. Lots to think about. Do you guys worry about things like this? Or maybe you think that it has time because you are still young?

It's all a crap shoot. Healthy people die early and non healthy people can live long.

I just do my thing. Always enjoyed food, booze and exercise so πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

I just say moderation is the key to everything.

I think that certain factors influence whether you are healthy. Not only the length of life, but also the quality play a role

Exactly! I didn't think about it for a long time, but now it's very important to me. I also think that there is not only one way. But I am always surprised when it comes to the interaction of the factors.

Young, and deeply care about it in many different ways

I want to live as long as possible and i am not ashamed of this :). I also think that with current state of health care,our very comfortable life styles and obviously all the improvements and break throughs that will be brought by ai,life expectancy ar.

100-120 years is very plausible. My grand grand mother and grandfather lived till their mid and late 90s and they didn't require any 3d party support almost to the very end ,no dementia and such. If they were able to do this, it will be a disgrace for me not to live at least 25 % longer πŸ˜„ given no nuclear disaster on macro level or lethal accident on my micro level. Having said that i also understand that I can only do what is in my control, but the ultimate desicion about my last day on this earth doesn't belong to me. Above all I wish you and all nostreches to live a long and fulfilling life πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ

πŸ™πŸ½ I, too, would like to live as long as possible. But I would like to live healthy and long. Therefore, I am ready to fill my life with routines that help me do that

I don't think about longevity. I think about living well and fully in the present. I accept death when it comes for all of us. I do think about how I die and hope that I don't suffer long.
