Makes the Nostr protocol run better as public relays are heavily used and spammed

Paid relays are free to read (anybody can add them to see people’s posts from these relays) but you pay to write. So if you only have paid relays on you cut out a lot of spam

I should add it’s a 1 time fee to write so it’s not pay as you go
