What the reserve currency allows is wanton investment:
Invest $2 million in 10 startups each, and if even one succeeds, you make back your money 10x through an IPO or ICO.
Bavaria has been slowly building up the same financial infrastructure, and profiting from it, but the economic downturn is making it harder because we can't effectively "print money", like California can.
Only California can throw billions of dollars around, like it doesn't even matter, because they have so many companies whose shares are effectively "same as cash". Nvidia, Apple, Google, Kaiser Permanente, Disney, OpenAI, etc. etc. Even Microsoft and Tesla used to be from there. Damn near everything is from California.
So, USA dominance is effectively Californian dominance. It's not Idaho or Kentucky dominance, after all. Even Texas and New York can't keep up.
and there is no coincidence that the flag of the state government is a bear and a big red star above it. haha. they are the open gate to infiltration, especially LA is a pit of vampires, there's gonna be a real problem emerge soon, i think it should be obvious that McCarthy wasn't actually wrong, and they are so far into their program of infiltration there's not many more steps until the country is ruined.
I think Bitcoin ends it, either way. Scattershot investment is only palatable with a currency that they keep making more of, or rising shares that are priced in that currency.
You don't have to merely 10x the original dollar cost, under Bitcoin. You have to beat Bitcoin's rise in price.
raises the point that when everyone talks about how bitcoin is about replacing/destroying central banks, it's easy to forget that central banks are precisely a communist institution.
ergo, bitcoin's got Misesian DNA in it, and Mises proved that socialism can't produce better conditions than private property free market.
though as you know i don't think that the physical conditions on this planet are going to be very hospitable to the internet or electricity in the near future though.
Hoping that armeggedon solves all of your problems has repeatedly turned out to be a terrible strategy.
yeah, that's why i'm stackin' hard for my hermitage
it's anyway what i wanted to do before, just never had the money. changes the better locations a lot but not the general concept of permaculture farm CS/physics lab in the mountains. yay that Someone sent us bitcoin to enable this.
other than not being where the most corruption has built up there's nothing you really can do about it either way anyhow.

here's an old example of what you do when shit in constantinople and athens have got too much for you

i wish there wasn't something infrequent and very devastating to our planet that very much looks like it's coming down the pike now. i wasn't mentioning it by way of a solution to the problem just more of a "even if they do they are still fucked" but yeah. in the here and now, there's dangers of all kinds even before talking about the potential for a global tsunami flood and thunderbolts of the gods and 5 big volcanoes and a new one all spewing dust into the atmosphere at the same time

What. You calling the ruthless 18C oligarchs of London and Netherlands Sozi?
If anything Sozis are a tool of the inheritors of the 18C Oligarchs' central banks.
The king james' Torah, with all its dehumanizing military grade propaganda is popularised for a reason.
