all my liquidity is held in reserve in my mutiny wallet. I understand it's so that they don't lose money in a high fee environment, but it means I can't send anything. lightning was supposed to be to save on fees, not be controlled by them haha

I'm not a huge lightning fan, but if I have to use it I would go with Mutiny. Seems dope. Cool that they added a mobile app now.
