Try Equip. Not cheap but itโ€™s hugh quality and tastes good.

I do best with plain pea protein powder for mornings since I can't eat heavy things until mid day when I can devour meats. I get non-gmo through our co-op and it is a really easy to digest protien whose flavor can be easily covered.

You're really not taking the easiest route...Quitting sugar alone is tough one, adding no seed oils means you can eat only fresh ingredients or selfmade food.

I would starve and quit on day two. ๐Ÿ˜
