I want to just @TLDR on really long notes and get a short summary/cliffnotes version.

then when he replies with the TLDR you need to tip him with 21 sats, otherwise he will ignore you.
This bot does not exist yet. It could be done for free like a lot of nostr bots where tipping is optional
