Any adjustment period going to raw? Might try this out tomorrow, would be a huge time saver (and no mess).
I would say it can be a bit messy but yea no pan. You need a really good knife and if you’re not slick with it it can take a few minutes to slice a big steak up.
No adjustment. Just feels good. go fresh as possible with the meat tho obviously
