I sometimes wish I could spend some time, I guess a few days, alone, at a place like this, a lighthouse.

I wonder what is this saying about me.

I'd like to spend a few days alone, but I'd like to have internet access.

So it's not that I'm dreaming of a silent retreat.

Although, this might also be a good thing, some people say.

Time away from others, to reflect on life, or just relax is a very healthy thing I think.

I often do that. Just a walk in the forest alone is a wonderful experience.

Meditation has the same kind of affect too.
