But it does require leveling-up on personal responsibility. Ie, SSNs are opt-in, and yet nearly every mother signs her newborn up at birth. I did not and had to listen to everyone, including well-known Libertarians tell me "That's not possible". It was and it is. It is just hard. So if people are not willing to self-govern and own themselves and their young children, there is zero hope for a totally voluntary society.
