Banksy is anti-establishment. It's ironic cause now it's considered fine art.

The establishment adores him, it's kitsch anti-establishment posturing around very a capable talking points for the establishment, local councils desperately preserve his work. Not only because it's now worth loads and possibly a tourist attraction, but it's a nice cartoon rebellion. I bet a few politicians even have his prints in their home.
